From day one in your career with ITShastra, we make sure that you feel at home and are given all the support you need to succeed. The induction process starts with a dialogue with your manager at which you jointly decide the tasks you will undertake in the integration phase, the targets you can achieve and what support you will need to help you do this. The Staff Dialogue rounds off the integration phase where the targets for the coming year are defined.
:: Quarter Staff Dialogue
The Quarter Staff Dialogue between manager and employee is the core element in our dialogue culture. The last quarter's performance is evaluated, targets and tasks are agreed upon for the coming Quarter and specific development measures are defined. This dialogue provides a basis for both parties to be transparent about their mutual expectations in terms of performance, development opportunities and measures. As an ITShastra employee, you have a central role to play here - personal commitment and ownership of your own professional development are the success factors in this process.
