| Ramesh Devare - Chief Operating Officer, ITShastra |
 |
Mr. Devare has more than 22 years of Global IT experience and strong project delivery management knowledge in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) domains. He joins ITShastra from iGate-Patni, a leading global provider of Information Technology and Outsourcing services.
During his tenure at iGate-Patni, Mr. Devare worked closely with Fortune 500 companies across the globe and successfully managed multi-million dollar engagements with large,

|
cross functional and multi-location teams. He also has more than six years of onshore
experience serving North American and European customers in various capacities. He is a Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to iGate-Patni, Mr. Devare was associated with Computronics Financial Services in India, where he was responsible for maintaining and enhancing proprietary financial applications for various leading banking and financial services corporations within India. Devare holds a Master’s degree from the Kennedy Western University in Wyoming, USA and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Bombay in Mumbai, India.
