The learning initiatives are continuously enhanced to match the requirement of developmental needs so that the people are improving themselves. This helps us to always be on the cutting edge.

The organization invests its time and efforts to build leadership competencies through management development programs where all the management council members themselves are faculty members. An experiential learning model is used to enhance the team-building competency. In ITShastra, we enjoy work and make sure we have time for play. All festivals like puja on Diwali, Holi, and Christmas are celebrated here with great enthusiasm. Each individual's birthday is celebrated with great fun here.
