He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Thurston is the sole shareholder of Crown Title Corporation, which he founded in 1992 and the Law Offices of David L. Thurston where his practice emphasizes real estate development, taxation, contract matters and title insurance. Mr. Thurston has represented fortune 500 companies, Real Estate Investment Trust, the State of Maryland, Department of Housing and Urban Development and Fannie Mae. |

Jeffrey Shiller is a real estate attorney based in Howard County, Maryland that divides his time between managing The Law Office of Jeffrey P. Shiller, P.A., serving as general counsel for Crown Title, and acting as partner, general counsel and hard money specialist for Hard Money Bankers, LLC. Mr. Shiller is a 1994 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Shiller brings his years of real estate expertise as a lawyer and licensed title agent to the forefront when structuring or underwriting hard money loans, or producing title and loan documents for his real estate clients.

Allisan S. Pyer practices in the area of real estate law. Ms. Pyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business in May 2001. After graduation in 2001, she went on to study at the University of Baltimore, School of Law. In May 2004 she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While at the University of Baltimore School of Law she was an Editorial Board Member of Law Forum. While a member of Law Forum, Ms. Pyer had two of her writings published. the company's Office Manager. Pat is responsible for all the behind the

Melanie started with Crown Title in 2003, and resides in Baltimore County with her husband and 3 children. Melanie is a licensed settlement officer, and is the Director of Marketing and Sales. Currently a member of the ABPA, and Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys staying active in the community, both professionally and personally. |

Denise graduated from The Academy of Finance School in the Greater Baltimore area, where she was a member of the Honor Society, Scrabble Club, and served as Captain of the "It's Academic" team. In her spare time, Denise enjoys theater and the opera. After 4 successful years at the technology school of fine arts, Denise took a career in the financial mortgage industry, and is continuing to learn and grow.

Rachel Sonntag started with the company in 1999, is a licensed settlement officer, and notary for Baltimore County. Rachel takes care of the accounting work for Crown Title as well as provides assistance throughout the company in many capacities.
